How It Works
Once you’ve expressed your interest in learning to use social media for your organisation, I'll send you a short list of questions so you can tell me a little about your business, your current knowledge level and what you’d like to learn.  Not sure yet what you’d like to know?   Don’t worry, I can help.

We then have a chat (or email if you prefer!) to work out a list of topics to cover at your training session.  Popular topics covered with our clients to date include:

Training Day
  • I come to you. For on one sessions, we can work pretty much anywhere – your place of work, home or even a café (coffee’s on me!).  For two or three people or groups, a quieter space such as an office or meeting room is better.
  • We work through the agreed agenda (put together from the training needs identified during our initial discussions) plus leave time for any other topics that might come up over the course of the session.

  • The social media education service doesn’t end at the end of the session. 
  • I'll send you a summary of the lesson, plus you’re always welcome to follow up with any further questions by phone or email.
